We handle your personal data responsibly and in line with the GDPR. Below we explain what data we collect, why, and what rights you have.
Controller
Vivero, s.r.o.
Pod Mlynom 633/11, 900 33 Marianka, Slovakia
Email: info@vivero.tech
Contact form
When you write to us through the contact form, we process your name, email address, optionally your company name, the chosen topic and your message.
The purpose is to handle your request and communicate with you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
Server logs and hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. On every visit the server automatically records technical data (IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser type) used to operate, secure and stabilise the site.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
To protect the form from spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.). It processes technical data including your IP address to tell humans apart from bots.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.
Cookies
We use a single functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) that remembers your chosen language. It is essential for the site to work and requires no consent. We use no analytics or marketing cookies.
Retention period
We keep contact-form data for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then delete it — unless statutory retention periods require us to keep it longer.
Who we share data with
We do not share your data with third parties for marketing. We only disclose it to processors that run the site for us (hosting, email delivery, spam protection), under a data-processing agreement.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. Just write to us at info@vivero.tech.
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. As a Slovak company, our authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (https://dataprotection.gov.sk). Visitors from Germany may also contact their local authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or legal requirements. The version published on this page always applies.
